Dalton A. Chase, 47, of Port Charlotte, FL went home to Jesus March 5, 2010. Born March 29, 1962, Barbados, he was the son of Earl and Allison Chase. Dalton earned his degree in Business Administration. He came to Port Charlotte from Flushing, Queens, New York in 1999 and was a member of New Day Christian Church. Dalton served many years as president of the Metropolitan Youth Fellowship in New York and chairman of the School Advisory Committee at Kingsway Elementary School.
Dalton will be greatly missed by his wife of 18 ½ years, Angela; children, Shari, Arielle, Dalton Jared, and Tariq Chase; parents, Earl and Allison Chase; sisters, Eslyn Miller, Elaine and Edith Chase; brothers, David Goddard, Clarence, Leroy, and Errol Chase.
The service celebrating Dalton's life will be at 11:00 am , Saturday, March 13, 2010 at New Day Christian Church.
In lieu flowers, memorial donations to may be sent to Angela Chase c/o New Day Christian Church, 20212 Peachland Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL 33954.
